The Inkflow Platform operates only within India and is available in select locations. The platform is divided
into two categories:
2.1 Inkflow Essentials (B2B):
Catering to businesses, Inkflow Essentials offers a streamlined solution for efficiently and transparently
procuring office supplies, stationery, and related products.
2.2 Inkflow Stores (B2C):
Focused on promoting individual local vendors, Inkflow Stores serves as a marketplace targeting
individual customers.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Inkflow Platform, you agree to:

Inkflow facilitates transactions between:
● B2B Customers (via Inkflow Essentials): Businesses procuring office supplies.
●. B2C Customers (via Inkflow Stores): Vendors promoting and selling their products.
Inkflow does not:
● Own or control the products sold by third-party vendors.
● Act as a guarantor of quality or merchantability.
7. Pricing, Payments, and Taxes

For Inkflow Stores, all prices displayed are exclusive of applicable taxes, and the applicable taxes
will be added at checkout.
Payments must be made in Indian Rupees using available options such as credit cards, debit
cards, UPI, or net banking.
Users must ensure GST numbers (if applicable) are correctly provided at checkout.
8. Order Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Cancellation by Users:
○ Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
○ Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days.
2. Cancellation by Inkflow or Stores:
○ Orders may be cancelled due to unavailability, incorrect user information, or suspected
fraudulent activity.
3. Non-Returnable Products:
○ Digital products, perishable items, and customized goods are non-returnable.
4. Returns and Refunds:
○ Returns are allowed only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items delivered. Requests

Inkflow is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, traffic, or

Inkflow reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account or access to the platform at our discretion,
including but not limited to violations of these Terms.
