This Refund Policy applies to all orders placed via the Inkflow Platform, categorized as:
● Inkflow Essentials (B2B): For business users.
● Inkflow Stores (B2C): For individual customers.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
1. Defective or Damaged Products:
○ A refund request can be initiated if the product delivered is defective or damaged upon
receipt.
○ Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery along with supporting evidence
(e.g., photographs).
2. Incorrect Product Delivered:
○ If the product delivered does not match the order placed, a refund request can be initiated.
○ Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Non-Delivery of Product:
○ If an order is not delivered within the estimated timeframe due to factors attributable to
Inkflow, a refund request may be initiated.
4. Cancellation by Inkflow or Stores:
○ Orders cancelled by Inkflow or Stores due to the unavailability of products or logistical
challenges will be eligible for a full refund.
3. Refund Exclusions
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
● Digital products, customized goods, or perishable items.
● Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
● Cancellation requests made after the order has been shipped.
4. Refund Process
1. Initiating a Refund Request:
○ Refund requests can be initiated via the "My Orders" section on the Inkflow Platform or by
contacting customer support.
2. Verification Process:
○ All refund requests will be subject to verification by the Inkflow team.
○ Supporting documentation (e.g., images, proof of purchase) may be required.
3. Refund Approval:
○ Upon approval, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.
4. Mode of Refund:
○ For online payments: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
○ For cash-on-delivery orders: Refunds will be issued as a store credit or a voucher.
5. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in cases where:
● Only a part of the order is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
● The customer agrees to retain the remaining items in the order.
